Angie’s has occupied its converted shopfront since 1987. The dimly lit room runs past a long banquette to a pool table at the back, with Irish memorabilia, photographs of regulars and a well-used jukebox along the way.

Guinness and good craic

The drinks selection centres on familiar keg beers, with Guinness repeatedly praised by visitors. Sport, mixed music and a warm welcome from behind the bar keep the mood upbeat.
