Bloom shifts from cocktails into late-night events, with party DJs, themed nights and live music across its Wednesday-to-Saturday opening nights. Fridays feature live sax and 2-for-1 cocktails from 5–9pm, while Saturdays bring club classics, live sax and VIP booths.
