A serious beer stop with plenty to do

Verdant is the headline act, alongside indie beers ranging from lager and pale ale to more experimental pours. The fridges extend the choice across UK, US and European breweries, while wine, spirits, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks cover the rest of the group. Settle into the seating downstairs or upstairs, then challenge someone to darts or the arcade machine.

The garden

The outdoor space gives you somewhere to take your drink between rounds, and dogs are welcome. There’s no kitchen, but Yard Sale pizza can be ordered in, making it easy to pair a fresh pint with something substantial. A large projector shows live sport, and the upstairs space can be hired for parties and events.
