Proper pub food from lunch through Sunday roast

The menu runs from crab cakes, burrata and hot-honey chicken wings to the pie of the day, steak with triple-cooked chips, burgers and cyder-battered haddock. Sundays bring roast meats, seasonal vegetables, Yorkshire puddings and gravy, with vegan and gluten-free options available. A children’s menu makes it an easy family stop.

The bar

Spritzes, pints and big-match atmosphere

Drop in for an Aperol Spritz or one of the seasonal variations, then stay for wine, cocktails, spirits or a well-kept pint. Big screens show the major sporting events on TNT Sports, while DJs and the pub quiz add extra reasons to gather when there’s no match on. Dogs are welcome too.
