Smoke-led food from morning to night
Breakfast and brunch bring toasted crumpets, runny yolks, melted cheese, smoked brisket and crispy pork belly. Later, the menu moves into shared platters, sticky bourbon wings, Cajun king prawns, chimichurri and house pickles, with rich smoked meat cuts at the centre.
