A pub with a separate bistro
The pub dates back to 1787 and has two bars: the Library Bar and the Catherine Bar. Next door, the original coach house is home to the bistro and function room, with its own bar and a wine list. Dogs are welcome, and the venue also hosts live music.
The garden
A tucked-away courtyard for food and drinks
Behind the pub, the pretty walled garden leads to the bistro and has six tables for drinking or dining. There are also four wooden benches outside the front, making the garden and alfresco seating a natural choice when the sun is out. Sunday roast is served in the pub, bistro and garden.
