The bar

Whisky flights, cocktails and a low-lit upstairs escape

The bar leans into malt whisky, with more than 200 bottles and whisky flights alongside cocktails, wine and pints. Upstairs, the pub’s cocktail bar has velvet booths and a menu of classics, including a Smoked Old Fashioned, French Martini and seasonal house drinks. Table football and live music add a little more to the evening.

Meats are smoked in-house over British hickory logs, with the menu ranging from St. Louis pork ribs and smoked sirloin to burgers, spicy tater tots and crispy cauliflower. Sunday brings a dedicated roast menu, while vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options give the wider menu more flexibility. Dogs are welcome, and outdoor benches offer a place to sit outside.
