Bohem Brewery’s Czech-trained brewers make traditional Bohemian-style lagers in London, using decoction brewing and bespoke equipment from the Czech Republic. At the bar, look for Bohem pours alongside craft beer guests, wines and spirits; the Nicholas dark lager is one local favourite.
