A Bristol distillery with plenty to taste
Psychopomp makes single-shot distilled gin, including its Woden and Old Tom recipes, alongside aquavit, Parisian-style absinthe and a single-origin coffee digestif. The bar serves cocktails and a broad selection of spirits, with seasonal and limited-edition recipes appearing throughout the year.

Gin-making, tastings and hands-on sessions
Book a gin-making experience to learn how gin is made, taste different botanicals and create a recipe of your own to take home. Whisky tastings and other tasting experiences are also available, making this a place to spend an afternoon as well as a stop for a drink.
