Three fireplaces give the pub its character, alongside a snug that seats around seven or eight people. Board games, friendly staff and a choice of real ales make it a straightforward spot for a catch-up.

Tables out on the green
When the weather is kind, tables spill onto the green opposite the pub, as well as into the beer garden. Dogs are welcome, and the outdoor setting gives Quinton House a little more room than its compact interior.
