Classic Sunday plates, with occasional Thai nights
Sunday lunch is the main event, with roast beef, trio roasts, generous vegetables, gravy and extras such as pigs in blankets. The kitchen also hosts specials including Thai nights, where the Khao Soi, chicken satay and prawn cakes have made an impression.

The garden is the Rose & Crown’s outdoor draw, while inside there’s a traditional bar with cocktails, wine and local beers. Dogs are welcome in the pub, though restaurant bookings with dogs need to be arranged in the main bar.
