Vegetarian food with a local focus
The menu is built around seasonally sourced, locally produced and ethically farmed ingredients, with vegetarian dishes at its centre. The Canteen is a member of the Sustainable Restaurant Association and Food Made Good, and is working towards a 25% reduction in carbon emissions over five years.

Food, drinks and music through the week
Bristol booze, wine and cocktails share the bill with free live music throughout the week. Gigs range across the programme, with entry free for most events and a £6 charge on Friday and Saturday after 9.30pm.
