Dating back to 1606, The Hatchet Inn is Bristol’s oldest pub and has a distinctive Tudor-style setting. The bar covers cask ales, craft beers, lagers, spirits and wine, while the upstairs space hosts live music, including rock and heavy metal nights.

The beer garden and terrace offer somewhere to take your drink outside, with dogs welcome too. For food, the menu runs from freshly prepared pub grub to a Sunday roast, with the kitchen serving until 9pm.
