The pub’s horseshoe-shaped bar is joined by a pool table, dartboard, raised seating and screens showing sport. Its history in the area stretches back to 1620, while a 2025 refurbishment kept the traditional pub character in place.

A narrow outdoor space at the back
There’s a long, narrow beer garden behind the pub for drinking outside when the weather allows. Dogs are welcome, and the pub’s location opposite West Norwood station makes it an easy meeting point before or after a journey.
