The food moves from fried monkfish cheeks and pici with braised cavolo nero to bavette tartare, scallops and hand-cut chips. Sunday brings British-reared chicken, beef and pork roasts with roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding, vegetables and gravy. At lunch, look for serious sandwiches including a Westcombe Cheddar toastie, jambon-beurre and minute steak.
