Roasts, steak and seasonal specials
Food is cooked from scratch with British ingredients, from generous pub classics and burgers to steak frites and Sunday roasts. Friday brings the seasonal Fish Shack, serving fish and chips, seafood specials and catches for eating in or taking away. The weekday lunch set menu runs Monday to Friday, with changing dishes and two- or three-course options.
The bar
Cocktails, craft ales and after-work tacos
The Railway has a casual first-floor bar and an upstairs dining room, with cocktails, wine and craft ales on the drinks list. Between 4pm and 7pm, The Railway Social pairs cocktails with tacos for an after-work catch-up. Dogs and children are welcome, and occasional live music and DJs add to the weekly programme.
