The story
A pub with a studio-side secret
Ealing Studios sits across the road, and the pub has long welcomed actors, producers, directors and studio staff. They nicknamed it “stage 6” as a code for slipping out for a pint. Today, the pub continues to welcome the growing creative workforce nearby.
The kitchen
Steak nights, Sunday roasts and a proper pub menu
Food runs from classic pub fare to steak, with a kids’ menu and vegetarian options available. Once a month, the pub opens for Steak Monday with a steak-only menu and 25% off bottles of wine. Sunday roast is also on the menu, while the enclosed rear garden gives warm-weather dinners and drinks an outdoor setting.
