The river

An old Brentford pub by the lock

The Six Bells stands where the Grand Union Canal meets the River Thames, close to Brentford Lock. The pub traces its story to the river trade and still welcomes local houseboat residents. Inside, there is a dartboard, regular live music and a traditional pub setting.

The garden

A courtyard for sunny pints

The side garden provides plenty of outdoor seating when the weather is good. Dogs are welcome, and the pub also hosts summer BBQs and pop-up kitchens. Food can be booked for groups, with a function room and private garden available for events.
