Plant-based pub classics with seasonal changes
The kitchen works with foragers and local producers on a minimal-waste menu, including pie, mash and liquor, the TSE Burger and sticky toffee pudding. Sunday roasts include dishes such as beet Wellington and celeriac, while gluten-free options are available.
The bar
Fourteen draught lines and aquafaba cocktails
Rotating draught lines include beers from Siren, Purity, Beavertown and Lucky Saint, alongside small-batch wines and a cocktail list built around vegan versions of familiar drinks. A back terrace and outdoor seating add space for warmer days, and DJs play every weekend until late.
