The Coach & Horses is Mayfair’s oldest surviving pub, dating from 1744 and set on Hill Street just off Berkeley Square. Following a thoughtful refurbishment, it pairs its Grade II-listed character with seasonal light bites, Shepherd Neame beers, wines, cocktails and outdoor tables with heated awnings.

Historic character, freshly refreshed
High ceilings, a dark wood corner bar and brass foot rail give the pub a strong sense of place. Original period features sit alongside updated décor and furniture, with a marble fireplace and real fire adding warmth to the snug. Food includes freshly prepared flatbreads, charcuterie boards and other light bites, with pizza and sandwiches also tagged on the current listing.
