Eighteen kegs, Japanese beer and gyoza

Farringdon Tap currently has 18 beers on tap, with the selection ranging across Czech, German and Japanese pours. The kitchen makes gyoza fresh daily, served as a natural match for the beer list. Inside, a spiral staircase leads to a small mezzanine, with another space in the cellar.

The cellar

A City drinking spot with a karaoke side

Private karaoke rooms add a different kind of evening to the beer-and-gyoza setup. The compact bar is at 41 Farringdon Street, beneath Holborn Viaduct, and the wide pavement outside gives groups room to spill out when the weather allows.
