The pub dates back to the 18th century and retains features including parquet flooring, wall panelling, historical photos and an impressive staircase. Downstairs is the larger bar, with snugs, a raised dining area and a pool table. The menu covers pub classics, burgers, wings, pies, sandwiches and vegetarian options.

A beer garden sits beside the pool table downstairs, offering plenty of seating outside. It is available weather permitting, while the pub also welcomes dogs and families. For match days, tables can be booked for football, rugby, F1, darts and other live sport.
