Stripped oak floors, snug booths and a traditional bar give the Ship Tavern its classic pub character. Upstairs, the Oak Room provides a more formal setting for dining, with British dishes, Sunday roasts and a menu that includes vegetarian options.

The bar pours six Cask Marque-certified real ales, including two rotating weekly, alongside global lagers, gins, spirits, cocktails and a wine list. For something smaller, the bar menu includes pork pies, Scotch eggs, sausage rolls, pickled eggs and onions, plus cockles and mussels.
